This program mixes a blend of coaching sessions and a webinar workshop series. At the conclusion of the term, leaders will have clarity on their personal strengths, and tools to effectively lead their direct reports with a Strengths-Based approach.

What Will Your Team and You Take Away from this Experience with the 34 Strong Team?

5

Discover the 12 Indicators of Employee Engagement (These are WHY employees stay, and stay engaged!)

5

The ability to connect the 12 Indicators of Employee Engagement to the needs of followers (Meeting the needs of followers is a critical component to achieve a high performing team!)

5

Take a deep dive into your own strengths (Discover what happens for yourself, and on your team, when we focus on what’s right, instead of what’s wrong!)

5

Discover how to be more of who you already are! (Playing to our strengths is a function of knowing who we are AND knowing who we are not).

5

Learn what confident vulnerability is (Be confident in where you shine, and confident in where you are blind.)

Doing this rootwork on yourself and your team will ensure your team and your business can sustain you into the future! After all…

We believe work should support life, not the other way around.

34 Strong's team has cemented this process with leaders ranging from small business owners to leaders in large organizations, like Bank of America, the FDA and State of California. Together, Tap the Potential and 34 Strong are partnering to adapt the impact 34 Strong is having to a program specifically designed to support Tap the Potential clients and team members in creating great places to work.

We are very excited to be working on this together and know it will have a massive impact on you personally, your business and life on the whole.

It is amazing what happens when we learn to intentionally aim our talents.

We know how frustrating it is to grind it out, pay a team and still be doing it all.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

“I've had my job for 14 years, I love what I do, and I plan to retire in 6 years. Although I was fascinated with Strengthsfinder, I really did not believe I could get much out of Individual Coaching.”

However, after the first session, I discovered that I WANTED more. I wanted to clarify who I was and how I relate to others. I began to ask, what do I want to leave behind as my legacy? I realized how my talents played into that and why this was so critical for me. Through our homework and one-on-one sessions, I was able to re-organize how I work and who I would work with. I was able to coach my team more effectively knowing what my strengths were and my co-workers' strengths. Since the individual sessions, I have accepted new projects knowing which strengths would help me achieve the best outcome… AND, which projects I would probably need the most help on and who would be best to help me. I would say that’s pretty impressive for someone who didn’t need coaching.
