Visual Concept: evidence board and solving a mystery—but make it look like a business space. The evidence board visually represents all the potential hires that an entrepreneur has to choose from. You could use colorful sticky notes with names or you could also do this with photos of people too (like black and white shots). But sticky notes would look cohesive and colorful, especially if you had more of a monochromatic background, like white. An actor playing the ‘entrepreneur’ could be looking at the sticky notes, trying to sort through the chaos of all the choices he has in front of him. He could rearrange the notes, moving them around, not really finding direction. We mostly see his back, so that the chaos of the evidence board is on display. Dr. Sabrina would come alongside him, slowly taking away all the options. By the end, the board is cleared of all the “chaos” and has only one sticky note left. It could have a name on it or not. Or it could say, something like “the right one” or some other keyword. Metaphor: Finding the right path clears the chaos of hiring confusion.
