Joining Dr. Sabrina and her co-host, Mike Bruno, today is Tina Smith, of Connect to Creative. You know how companies need someone who can see something successful in one department and cross apply it to other teams? Or someone who can see frameworks and tools that are accelerating growth in other industries and can successfully implement them in a completely different industry? The problem is, most of the time, even when companies find someone who sees what can be done, the person lacks the confidence, enthusiasm, and grit it takes to communicate the ideas and successfully accomplish the goals. As a result, she has spent 13 years at a mid-sized company in the car industry in Atlanta, taking on increasing levels of responsibility and leading multiple teams.

At the end of her corporate career, Tina had acquired an MBA from Emory University and was the EVP of Strategy, Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources. After receiving a nomination in New York for Best Social Media movement, competing with the Ice Bucket ALS Challenge (which swept the awards shows like the Titanic swept the Oscars), Tina decided to launch her own marketing and website business. Her company builds websites that get results because the Good Guys deserve to win. Her team at Connect to Creative works almost exclusively with health, wellness, and development companies who focus on personal growth for individuals. This is their 5th year in business, and they've grown revenue by over 20% every year. Tina's team loves helping companies with effective and valuable products achieve even greater levels of growth as well. She believes people deserve products that help them live the change they want to achieve.
