Success Tip from My 9 Year Old

A few days ago, I walked into my office and found this above the door. When I asked my oldest daughter about it, she explained that if you write down your goals, you’re more likely to achieve them. She plans to jump higher tomorrow. It’s that simple.

As a perfectionist in recovery, this is a great reminder to me! In our businesses, we can strive to be better every day.

Today, we just need to be a little better than we were yesterday. Small steps lead to big change over time.
